Fred, I have never had a dealer experience like yesterday. The kindness, patience, knowledge and hospitality of everyone I met was phenomenal. I am excited about owning the Outback, and the way I was treated yesterday certainly boosted my confidence in Performance as a dealership. Thank you for such great service and genuine care.
The sales staff was professional and open and honest about the process. I truly enjoyed working with Fred Flack and have recommended him to friends for new purchases.
The open, honest, educated and friendly staff. I cannot say enough about every member of Performance that we dealt with. Fred, our sales consultant was excellent - he sold us on Subaru, and even after we shopped other dealers he was a key reason we returned to Performance. Anna, the sales manager, was also excellent to deal with - unlike the disgusting stereotype sales manager we found at another local dealer. The attention to detail on delivery?
According to Edmunds Inside Line, it is confirmed that Subaru will release a new design for the 2012 Impreza in 2011. Although they have not yet announced where they will release this redesigned Impreza, there is much speculation that the four-door coupe will be release at the 2011 New York Auto Show in April.
The new Impreza will offer both sedan and hatchback body styles.
I never take my wife to a car dealership because she hates
the hassle they put you through. However, n the way home from leaving Performance Subaru, my wife said, "I have never been in
a dealership that was that clean and that professional." I have to agree! I am
very happy with my new toy and it has broken in with freezing rain, snow and
mud.
